Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is proficient in front-end and back-end development and is passionate about building high-quality, scalable websites and applications. You will work closely with our design, marketing, and product teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites and web applications using modern web technologies.

- Front-End Development: Create and optimize user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Back-End Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs using languages and frameworks such as PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Node.js.

- Database Management: Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficiency.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and content creators, to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Code Review: Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

- Testing & Debugging: Conduct testing and debugging of websites and applications to ensure functionality, performance, and compatibility across devices and browsers.

- Optimization: Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO performance.

- Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain existing websites, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new features as required.

- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for code, APIs, and development processes.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience: Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.

- Front-End Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Back-End Skills: Experience with server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, Node.js) and database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Responsive Design: Experience in creating responsive designs that work across multiple devices and screen sizes.

- Version Control: Proficiency in using version control systems such as Git.

- Testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools for unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
