Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Excellent English Communication (Accent-Neutral) Skills.

• Persuasive English speaking & writing skills and Strong negotiation & persuasion skills.

• Handle Outbound calls for customer retention and continuous Cold-Calling.

• Deliver exceptional customers with healthcare services by understanding client needs and providing solutions.

• Experience using CRM tools and Call-handling Software.

• Maintain accurate Call Records.

• Meet Daily, Weekly, and Monthly KPIs related to Retention, Call handling Time, and Quality.

Experience:

• 0 - 3 years in an International Voice Process.

• Freshers with excellent communication are considered.

Job Details & Schedule:

• Full-Time

• Work from Office / In person (Onsite Working)

• 05 Days of Working, 02 Days Fixed Off (Sat-Sun)

• Night Shift (07: 30 PM – 04: 30 AM IST)

Salary Pay:

• Up to ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Night Shift (07: 30 PM – 04: 30 AM IST)
