About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Professional to join our US Voice Support team. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences while contributing to our company's growth and development initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
Direct Client Interaction: Engage with clients via phone, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Training Development: Collaborate with our training team to design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Communication: Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including trainers, subject matter experts, and other support teams.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years in customer service or a related field.
Skillset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer satisfaction and training development.
