About the internship As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) stack. Your primary focus will be on implementing new features, enhancing existing functionalities, and ensuring the overall performance and scalability of our web applications. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions 2. Develop high-quality and scalable web applications using the MERN stack 3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards 4. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Implement responsive designs and ensure the application is optimized for various devices and screen sizes 5. Perform unit testing and debugging to identify and fix software defects and issues. 6. Integrate third-party APIs and services as required 7. Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability 8. Collaborate with the backend development team to design and implement APIs 9. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in web development 10. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards 11.
