About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Attending team meetings and practice sessions offline and online 2. Conducting learning and awareness sessions for school children, colleges, villages, etc. 3. Conduct surveys and be a part of organizing innovative workshops in societies and institutes 4. Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for the part time job/internship 2. can start the part time job/internship between 17th Oct'24 and 21st Nov'24 3. are available for duration of 4 months 4. are from or open to relocate to Greater Noida, Noida and neighboring cities 5. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply. Our organization started working in 2014, primarily in Delhi, NCR. At first, our focus area was to support and fulfill the needs of poor people, orphan children, slum dwellers, etc. To help and support them, we organized many events, like the distribution of clothes, books, and essential stationary and livelihood items. Slowly, our focus shifted towards another major cause, i.e., the environment, and in 2018, we launched two main projects: 'Project S.M.I.L.E.', in which we organized skill development sessions for empowering the unskilled and lesser-privileged sections of our society, and 'Wet Waste Composting', in which our team has developed the idea of pot composting, in which each individual or family can start composting at their home at a very nominal cost. Now our organization works on many environmental issues as well as on many social welfare issues. It has been more than 6 years now, and we will not stop unless we achieve our dream of "responsible citizens, developed nations."
