We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support 2. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner 3. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Help maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction 7.
