About the internship We are a franchise of 'White Force Outsourcing' and as an HR recruiter, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, calling and interviewing candidates, and coordinating interviews. 2. Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and helping them acclimate to company culture. 3. Assisting with training and development initiatives, including organizing training sessions. 4. Updating Excel sheets regularly.
