About the internship We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer cum Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing video content to effectively communicate our brand story and meet marketing or communication goals. The role demands strong storytelling skills, technical expertise, and an eye for detail to create high-quality, engaging videos for various platforms. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: a. Videography 1. Plan, shoot, and direct video projects, including promotional videos, events, interviews, and social media content. 2. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that the visual elements align with the brand's identity. 3. Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment effectively. 4. Manage location scouting and arrange production schedules. b. Editing 1. Edit raw footage into polished, visually appealing videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. 2. Add music, sound effects, graphics, and animations to enhance the visual storytelling. 3. Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms, including web, social media, and events. 4. Perform color grading and sound editing to ensure professional quality. c. Creative Development 1. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts. 2. Stay updated on industry trends and suggest innovative ideas to improve video quality and engagement. 3. Work on storyboarding and scripting when required. d. Asset Management 1. Organize and maintain video equipment, ensuring everything is in working order. 2. Manage and archive raw footage and edited projects for future use.
