About the internship We are producing a podcast series with social impact creators at Inspired by Dreams. Previously conducted podcasts are available on our YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@inspiredbydreams Reels are available on our Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/inspiredbydreamsfoundation/ For that podcast series, we are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editing Intern to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to transform podcast episodes into engaging and shareable Instagram Reels/ YouTube Shorts. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in enhancing their editing skills and learning how to craft compelling short-form content from long-form discussions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Edit podcast footage to create 30-60 second Reels for Instagram. 2. Identify key moments, highlights, and quotes from each podcast episode. 3. Add text overlays, captions, and relevant transitions to enhance viewer engagement. 4. Ensure the content is optimized for social media (aspect ratio, video length, etc.). 5. Collaborate with the creative team to maintain consistency with the brand's style and tone. 6. Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media content creation and editing techniques. Requirements: 1. Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar). 2. Familiarity with Instagram's Reels format and editing tools. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines. 4. Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling through visual content. This internship is a great way to get hands-on experience in content creation for social media platforms while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment! Inspired By Dreams Foundation, is a Delhi-NCR-based youth-run social impact organization that was founded with the spirit of bringing change by empowering change-makers. We work in association with other social impact organizations, activists, influencers, etc., and facilitate them digitally so that they can reach out to a larger section of society. One of our major initiatives is Inspired By Dreams Podcast, where we are creating a series of podcasts so that we can bring the good work of changemakers, in front of a large audience.
