Job Position We are seeking a Short-Form Video Editing intern who is passionate about viral content and understands the intricacies of creating engaging Reels and Shorts. If you can craft content that hooks viewers in the first few seconds and keeps them engaged until the end, we want to hear from you! Your Responsibilities • Create captivating short-form videos that grab attention and maintain viewer interest from start to finish. • Master video pacing, jump cuts, sound design, and visual effects to maximize engagement and retention. • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and viral editing techniques across platforms like YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. • Work quickly without compromising quality, delivering polished edits on time. • Enhance videos with motion graphics and text, and dynamic sound to elevate the storytelling. • Tackle creative challenges and offer fresh ideas to improve each project. • Tailor content for different platforms, optimizing reach and engagement. Qualifications & Skills • Portfolio to showcase your previous work • Experience editing short-form videos for social media platforms. • Skills in Filmora or Adobe video editing suite • Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels. • Ability to produce high-quality edits quickly while maintaining creativity. • Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and pacing. • Always ahead of trends and continuously experimenting with new techniques.
