Job description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing and recruiting IT professionals, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to evaluate candidates effectively. This role requires excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates while meeting assigned recruitment targets. Key Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates for various US-based technical roles. • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Evaluate resumes and qualifications to match job requirements. • Negotiate compensation packages, work schedules, and contract details with candidates. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring managers. • Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify top IT talent. • Meet and exceed weekly quotas for calls, emails, and candidate submissions. Qualifications & Skills Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field (preferred). • Basic Knowledge in US IT recruitment, with knowledge of Visa classifications (H1B, GC, TN, EAD, OPT, CPT, USC, etc.). - ADDED ADVANTAGE NOT MANDATORY • Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and industry trends. • Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS tools. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously. • High-energy, passion for recruitment, and a goal-oriented mindset.
