About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Designing products while adhering to our design principles and guidelines 2. Handing off designs to engineering and collaborating with them to ensure implementation 3. Identifying and documenting information architecture, user personas, and journey maps 4. Working with product managers and other designers to collect user feedback and improve the product experience 5. Using qualitative and quantitative data to improve the experience 6. Maintaining the design system considering future products and platforms 7. Adding new styles and patterns that are visually cohesive with the rest of Innovaccer's products 8.
