About the internship Training and Placement Intern Work Timings: 10:15 am - 7:15 pm Working Days: Monday - Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays are working; 2nd, 4th, and 5th Saturdays are off) Location: Andheri, Mumbai (5-minute walk from the Railway Station) Reports to: Director of Placements Work Mode: 100% Onsite Role Overview: As the Training and Placement Intern at our Andheri, Mumbai office, you will support students in their career development journey and assist in connecting them with relevant job opportunities. This role includes collaborating with students, recruiters, and internal teams to monitor student progress and coordinate placement activities, helping enhance student employability and build industry connections. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: a. Student Progress Monitoring 1. Track and assess students' academic and career development. 2. Provide regular feedback to enhance their employability. 3. Career Development Assistance. 4. Help students with resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies. 5. Offer guidance to support students in achieving their career aspirations and securing job placements. b. Job Role Alignment 1. Identify students' strengths and interests to match them with suitable job roles. 2. Facilitate alignment between students' skills and relevant employment opportunities. c. Collaboration & Event Coordination 1. Work closely with students, recruiters, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of placement activities and events. 2. Organize workshops, masterclasses, placement drives, and networking sessions to engage industry professionals and create hiring opportunities for students.
