Your role will involve engaging with potential candidates over the phone and screening them for a job opportunity with us in Sales department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conducting outbound calls to prospects and effectively shortlisting candidates. 2. Following up on candidates for the further interview process. 3. Collaborating with the team to achieve targets and goals. 4. Maintaining accurate records of interactions and candidate pipeline. 5. Contributing creative ideas to improve our telecalling strategies and processes.
