About the internship As a Telecalling intern, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and closing sales through effective communication and customer engagement. Your proficiency in English, along with knowledge of sales strategies and digital marketing, will be essential in driving successful outcomes for the company. Proficiency in MS-Excel and Ableton Live will also be beneficial in streamlining processes and enhancing customer interactions. 1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote services and generate leads. 2. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions. 3. Utilize digital marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and sales efforts. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in MS-Excel. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and track progress. 6. Utilize Ableton Live for creating engaging and interactive customer presentations. 7. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development in the sales and marketing field.
