About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Conduct on-call loan verification with customers to validate application details. Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping of customer interactions in the system. Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines during the verification process. Address and escalate discrepancies or queries encountered during verification. Communicate professionally in English, Hindi, and at least one additional language (mandatory). Collaborate with the team to achieve operational targets and deadlines.
