About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Answer phones and explain the projects offered by the company 2. Contact existing partners as well 3. Source candidates with channel ROI assessment 4. Record all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales 5. Attend regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations 6. Conduct each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions 7. The objective of Pick My Work is to create a tech-enabled ecosystem that addresses the needs of discovery, matchmaking, work management, and payments for job seekers & job providers in the gig/part-time/freelance employment market. Such a solution is addressed not just to the graduating students but also to the much larger community of job seekers who are not able to find permanent or full-time employment opportunities. At PickMyWork, we hire, up-skill, deploy, and manage gig workers to get work done on a pay-per-task model. Since our launch in October 2019, we have worked with several large companies and startups and helped them with user acquisition, customer retention, & data labeling across 25 cities in India. Our expertise is in offline merchant and user acquisition. Due to COVID, there is a massive demand for the pay-per-task model and the company is looking to expand aggressively in the coming months.
