Woro Media LLP is seeking a Telecalling intern who is proficient in spoken and written English, MS-Excel, Hindi, social media marketing, design thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to pitch our services and generate leads. 2. Handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service to clients. 3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in MS-Excel. 4. Assisting in social media marketing campaigns and engaging with our online community. 5. Implementing design thinking strategies to improve customer experience and sales processes. 6. Participating in negotiations with clients to close deals and resolve any issues. 7. Collaborating with team members to brainstorm ideas and find innovative solutions to challenges.
