About the internship As a Telecalling intern at Altruism Casa company, you will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent English and Hindi communication skills while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone, providing information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all calls and interactions using MS-Excel. 1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products 2. Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to customers with inquiries 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times 4. Keep detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in MS-Excel 5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues 6. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets 7. Continuously improve your communication skills and product knowledge to better serve our customers.
