About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our upcoming events and exhibitions. 2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls made and outcomes achieved using MS Excel. 3. Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with the sales team to follow up on leads. 4. Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing queries and concerns in a professional manner. 5. Continuously strive to meet and exceed call targets, contributing to the overall success of the telecalling department.
