About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Client sourcing: Make outbound calls to potential clients based on provided data to generate leads for housing loans and LAP. 2. Customer engagement: Provide detailed information about loan products, interest rates, and repayment plans. 3. Follow-up & conversion: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients and assist in completing loan application processes. 4. Database management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads generated, and loan application status in the CRM system. 5. Target achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team targets for loan and LAP sales. 6. Office and field work: Allocate 80% of the job to office tasks and 20% to fieldwork, assisting the in-house sales team in completing loan documents. 7. Support branch credit manager: Assist the branch credit manager in day-to-day activities while learning about credit as a department and the fundamentals of underwriting.
