Key Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to promote educational programs. 2. Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about our services in a professional and friendly manner. 3. Provide information about course offerings, enrollment procedures, and fees. 4. Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions with students in our database. 5. Follow up with prospective students to provide additional information and encourage enrollment. 6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet targets and objectives. 7. Participate in training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.
