Job Description
About the internship
Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our immigration services.
Lead Management: Identify and qualify leads, ensuring all client details are accurately recorded.
Customer Engagement: Answer inbound queries, explain our services, and provide relevant information to clients.
Appointment Scheduling: Arrange consultations between clients and immigration consultants, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships and encourage service sign-ups.
Database Maintenance: Update client interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Feedback Collection: Gather insights from clients to help refine our services and marketing strategies.
