About the internship As a Telecalling Sales Intern at Supreme Securities Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving business success. Your responsibilities will revolve around managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and converting leads into sales. You will also handle end-to-end lead management, ensuring seamless follow-ups and achieving daily conversion targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage inbound and outbound calls to interact with potential customers and address inquiries. 2. Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and ensure timely and effective lead conversion. 3. Work towards achieving daily conversion targets set by the team. 4. Handle end-to-end lead management, from initial contact to final closure. 5. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales progress in the CRM system. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall business objectives. 7. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with potential clients. 8. Share insights and feedback to improve the lead management process.
