About the internship As a Telecalling intern at Unimonks, you will have the exciting opportunity to hone your communication skills while interacting with potential clients over the phone. Your proficiency in spoken and written English will be crucial in successfully conveying our company's message. Your familiarity with MS-Excel will also come in handy for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Your role will involve making outbound calls to generate leads, following up with existing clients, and providing top-notch customer service. You will also be responsible for updating the CRM system with accurate and detailed information, preparing reports on call performance, and assisting the sales team with any additional tasks as needed.
