About the internship We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our team in Guwahati, Assam. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers over the phone, ensuring a positive customer experience. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Make outbound calls to potential customers. 2. Provide detailed information about our products and services. 3. Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns. 4. Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 5. Meet daily and monthly call targets. Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 30th Oct'24 and 4th Dec'24 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. have relevant skills and interests Highway Delite is the first and only free travel app tailored for Indian highway travelers, aiming to make highway travel and road trips both enjoyable and safe. We are supported by the Government of Karnataka as a tourism startup and incubated at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore. Our app equips highway travelers with essential information for their journeys, covering verified routes spanning over 10,000 kilometers, with ongoing expansions.
