About the internship Are you a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills? Saffron4health is looking for a Telecalling intern to join our team! As a Telecalling intern, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers, promote our products, and contribute to our sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services. 2. Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing excellent customer service. 3. Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in MS-Excel and MS-Office. 4. Ensure timely follow-up with customers to maximize sales opportunities. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve departmental goals. 6. Demonstrate proficiency in English and Hindi as well as Regional Languages to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. 7. Exhibit strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
