Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS-Excel 4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote customer retention 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation efforts 6. Assist in conducting market research and gathering customer feedback 7.
