About the internship Are you a passionate and skilled communicator looking to kickstart your career in the world of telecalling? Our team at Stirring Minds is seeking a dynamic telecalling intern who knows the importance of effective communication in engaging with our clients. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set up appointments 2. Handle incoming calls from existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns 3. Assist in organizing and maintaining a database of client information and call logs 4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and track progress toward meeting sales targets 5. Participate in training sessions to enhance communication skills and product knowledge 6. Utilize persuasive language and active listening techniques to build rapport with clients and encourage sales conversions 7.
