Job Description: Telecaller Job Role: A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to generate sales, collect information, or provide customer support. They communicate with potential and existing customers to promote products/services, address inquiries, and maintain customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Outbound & Inbound Calls – Make and receive calls to/from customers to explain products, services, or offers. 2. Lead Generation – Identify potential customers and generate sales leads through calls. 3. Customer Support – Answer queries, resolve complaints, and provide relevant information. 4. Follow-ups – Maintain follow-up calls with interested customers and update records. 5. Data Entry & Record Maintenance – Maintain accurate records of conversations, customer details, and feedback. 6. Target Achievement – Work towards meeting daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. 7. Feedback Collection – Gather customer feedback to improve services and products. 8. Compliance & Policies – Adhere to company policies and maintain call etiquette. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Minimum graduation Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills. Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to persuade customers and handle objections. Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and data entry. Listening Skills: Good listening ability to understand customer concerns. Patience & Professionalism: Ability to handle challenging situations politely. Should have minimum computer knowledge.
