Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and promoting products/services. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate sales or leads. Answer inbound calls and handle customer queries professionally. Explain products/services, pricing, and benefits to customers. Maintain customer records and update the database with accurate information. Follow up with interested prospects and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned by the manager. Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions.
