About the job Key Responsibilities: 1. Engage with potential users via calls and chat to verify their source of income and transfer details. 2. Verify and review user documents, including bank statements and KYC documents (captured through a tool), for compliance purposes. 3. Ensure professional and seamless communication with clients. 4. Proactively communicate with clarity and politeness, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction. 5. Demonstrate consistency, professionalism, and strong work ethics throughout. Other requirements: 1. Comfortable working a 12-hour shift from 8 AM to 8 PM. 2. Must be available to work 6 days a week. 3. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). 4. Strong attention to detail, especially for document verification and compliance processes. 5. Ability to work independently 6.
