Conducting outbound calls to clients to provide technical assistance on Engineering Surveying techniques and tools. 2. Handling inbound calls from clients to address any queries or concerns regarding their projects. 3. Collaborating with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions. 4. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and updating the CRM system with relevant information. 5. Assisting in conducting surveys and gathering feedback from clients to improve our services. 6. Participating in training sessions to enhance your technical knowledge and communication skills. 7. Contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies for improving client satisfaction.
