About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handling calls: Manage inbound and outbound calls via IVR (Interactive Voice Response) in a timely and professional manner. 2. Communication: Communicate with customers through various channels, including email, calls, and WhatsApp. 3. Customer service: Identify customer needs, address complaints, and offer suitable solutions. 4. Escalating issues: Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate management or departments for further action. 5. Follow-up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction. 6. Customer records: Maintain accurate customer information in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. 7. Reporting: Complete call logs and generate relevant reports for management. Requirements: 1. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Communication skills: Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills. 3. Technical proficiency: Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of reporting tools. 4. Documentation skills: Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports. 5. Technical knowledge: Understanding of electronics and technical troubleshooting.
