About the internship As a Technical Recruiter intern at ABEX Excellence Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to hone your recruitment skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates to fill technical roles within the company. You will also be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, as well as managing the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Source potential candidates through online channels and networking events. 2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications. 3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. 4. Update and maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system. 5. Assist in the creation of job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms. 6. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the recruitment process. 7. Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
