About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting in monitoring the performance of servers, networks, and applications to ensure smooth operation and quick resolution of any technical issues 2. Helping troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues under the guidance of the senior technical operations team 3. Supporting the development and implementation of automation scripts to streamline operational tasks and reduce manual interventions 4. Creating and updating operational procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides, while assisting in preparing technical documentation for internal use 5. Working closely with the DevOps, IT, and development teams to support the rollout of new software or infrastructure changes 6. Staying up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and applying this knowledge to improve the efficiency of our systems and processes Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 15th Oct'24 and 19th Nov'24 3. are available for duration of 2 months 4. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
