About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Troubleshooting technical issues. 2. Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem. 3. Testing and evaluating new technologies. 4. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see difficulties through to resolution. 5. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues. 6. Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. 7. Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they've solved a technical issue. 8. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time. Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 5th Nov'24 and 10th Dec'24 3. are available for duration of 3 months 4. have relevant skills and interests PaySprint is a fintech venture focused on next-gen neo banking solutions, offering a unified open API platform.
