About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Talent scouting: Engage in comprehensive searches across various job portals to identify potential candidates 2. Profile evaluation: Review gathered profiles meticulously to find the best matches based on client needs 3. Candidate shortlisting: Conduct telephonic interviews to further narrow the list of suitable candidates 4. Qualification assessment: Assess candidates' qualifications and experience during telephonic interviews 5. Suitability evaluation: Determine the overall suitability of candidates for the position during calls 6.
