About the internship Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in Sourcing: - Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases to identify and engage with potential candidates. - Post job openings on various platforms and maintain accurate records of applications. 2. Screening and Interview Coordination: - Review resumes and applications to identify the best matches for open positions. - Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. 3. Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS): - Update candidate information and ensure the ATS is accurate and up to date. - Track candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline. 4. Employer Branding Support: - Assist in developing content for employer branding on social media and job boards. - Help manage online recruitment marketing initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice. 5. Communication and Follow-Up: - Assist in sending oJer letters and rejection emails. - Maintain communication with candidates to keep them informed about their application status. 6. Administrative Support: - Handle various administrative tasks, such as organizing recruitment files and managing team calendars. - Support recruitment events, such as job fairs and university outreach programs. 7. Data Management and Reporting: - Assist in creating reports on recruitment metrics such as time to hire, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate.
