About the internship Are you a passionate individual looking to kickstart your career in Talent Acquisition Join our dynamic P&M company as a Talent Acquisition intern and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent. As an English Proficiency (Spoken) candidate, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with hiring managers, conduct interviews, and assist in the development of recruitment strategies. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting in the creation of job postings and sourcing candidates through various channels 2. Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews with potential candidates 3. Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process 4. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires and assisting with orientation sessions 5. Updating and maintaining the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information 6. Participating in recruitment events and career fairs to promote our employer brand 7.
