About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Screening, sourcing profiles, and interviewing them 2. Conducting the interview process, salary negotiation, taking approvals, preparing offer letters, doing reference checks, initiating background verification process, and doing pre-engagement until the candidate joins the organization 3. Working with the admin and HR team to arrange logistics and conduct the joining process 4. Making sure that the candidate gets an amazing recruitment experience with Techolution 5. Leveraging innovative & efficient sourcing methodologies (e.g. social media, Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Param, IIM Jobs, Internshala) 6.
