About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within the organization 2. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers 3. Updating and maintaining recruitment databases and spreadsheets using MS-Excel 4. Conducting phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit 5. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires 6. Assisting in organizing recruitment events and job fairs 7. Collaborating with team members on various recruitment projects and initiatives Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 14th Jan'25 and 18th Feb'25 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
