About the internship As a talent acquisition intern at TalentNiti Recruitment Services Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent for our clients. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events 2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit 3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers 4. Assist in creating job postings and maintaining job descriptions on various platforms 5. Support in conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential hires 6. Provide administrative support in maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics 7.
