Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels such as job boards and social media platforms. 2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. 3. Help in creating and posting job descriptions on job portals and our company website. 4. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote our employer brand. 5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires. 6. Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system and updating candidate records. 7. Collaborate with team members on special projects to improve the overall recruitment process.
