About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 2. Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. 3. Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. 4. Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing necessary details to candidates and hiring teams. 5. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires. 6. Take feedback from interview panelists and hiring managers, and continuously improve the sourcing, screening, and telephonic interview processes based on feedback.
