About the internship As a Talent Acquisition intern at Spottabl, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our recruitment team to attract and hire top talent for our growing company. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as helping to create and post job descriptions. Your strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in effectively communicating with candidates and team members. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels 2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates 3. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit 4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions 5. Manage candidate communication and scheduling throughout the recruitment process 6.
