Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the recruitment team in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels. 2. Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews with potential candidates. 3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. 4. Participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs to promote our brand and attract potential candidates. 5. Help in maintaining the recruitment database and updating candidate profiles. 6. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms. 7. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
