About the internship As a Talent Acquisition intern at Alta Tecnologia Solutions Private Limited, you will be immersed in the exciting world of recruiting top talent for our dynamic team. With your strong English proficiency in both spoken and written communication, as well as your expertise in MS-Excel, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting skilled professionals to join our company. Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews with potential candidates. 2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 3. Utilize MS-Excel to track candidate progress, analyze recruitment data, and generate reports. 4. Post job openings on various platforms and social media channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates. 5. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions with candidates and hiring teams. 6. Help organize recruitment events, job fairs, and campus visits to build a strong employer brand. 7. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
