About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Manage end-to-end recruitment life-cycle from sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiations, and offer generation to smooth onboarding of the best talent for the organization within set timelines 2. Screen and source the candidates through job portals 3. Regularly communicate and coordinate with the candidates throughout the process 4. Create and provide recruitment reports/dashboards to team managers and leaders 5. Provide an offer letter and do reference and background checks of the candidates 6. Maintain good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants by documenting the process 7. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 23rd Oct'24 and 27th Nov'24 3. are available for duration of 2 months 4. are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon and neighboring cities 5. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
