About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Assist in the recruitment process for various roles, including creative, strategy, and support positions. Source potential candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events). Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information. Participate in employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns and job fairs. Provide support for HR and administrative tasks as needed.
